I started Thrive in Change because I want to see you, your organisation and those around you thrive when things are changing.
In 20 years of Change I’ve seen a lot; some that’s gone badly and some that’s been brilliant, some that’s delivered ROI beyond anything we dreamed and some that’s simply not delivered, some that’s broken people and some that’s seen people fly (not literally thankfully!)
